UNABLE TO ACCESS VERIFICATION CODE

Please someone help me to figure out a way to get into my Apple Mac Apple id account, as i no longer have the verification number originally set up, and i now have a samsung phone?? 

what are the steps i have to take?

Could you try the steps in the How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password – Apple Support (UK) support page, if this does not work for you please contact Apple for further help 🙂
