Trade in query

I have two contracts: one iPhone 13 and an iPhone X

I have opted to trade in my phone to upgrade to iPhone 14 but I realised I use my iPhone X on the contract I have upgraded

EE asked for the iPhone 13 to trade in but I use this on my other contract… 

can I still send the iPhone X as the trade in?

Hi @KB1980 

Thanks for coming here. 

This would need to be the device you have selected to trade in, if you send us a different device to the one agreed we will send your old device back with a new returns pack. 

You will then have five days to send us the correct device or we will charge the value of the discount given onto your next EE bill.
