Ordered my 14 Pro Max at 1pm on the 9th, followed the online process. I’ll be one of the lucky ones to get mine on the 16th I thought….call today to check as order number won’t track. Told my order took 2 days to register and I’ll have to wait at least 2 weeks. Having been a customer for 25 years I’m not impressed. I even have an email confirming at 1.08pm 🤷

@Unky_Si , I have just been on Apple website and they are saying 26 October, so count yourself lucky, it is after all just a phone.
When I order or upgrade, I tend to ring customer service, personally prefer this, as could get a better deal, if your lucky.

Standard Apple iPhone sales process. They never have enough stock and make people wait. There are many people in the same situation as you.
Not sure why you feel entitled to receive a phone before anyone else? If EE received stock then they will ship devices out to customers.

You see there in lies the problem, you think I think I’m entitled. I was simply stating my despair at foolishly using the online system instead of calling customer services. The fact that I am a loyal customer of 25 years was actually a dig at myself for not calling and this the exact opposite of entitled. And we wonder why I only have 7 posts on here.

I ordered mine, Online, on the 12th, and it says, when tracking, it can take up to 21 days.
