Since my new phone set up I haven’t been able to sign in to Amazon Uk as it keep

Since getting my new Apple phone I haven’t been able to sign in from the phone to Amazon Uk.  It says I’m not connected to Wfi when I am. I can access my Amazon account from my computer and it’s fine. Any advice ?

Welcome to the community.

Does it work on mobile data? Is your WiFi with EE?

Could you try completely forgetting the WiFi network and re-setting it up please?
