Earlier today I spoke to an advisor named Zoe.

i don’t know her surname but i wanted to put some positive feedback out here for her as she was awesome. She was clear and knowledgeable about answering my questions, she returned my call Brandon when she said she would (that matters) and she made what is normally one of the most inconsistent experiences (upgrading an iPhone) easy, painless and positive.

 

she is hands down one of the best EE advisors I’ve ever spoken to and I hope this can get back to her

We don't have access to accounts as the community is a social forum.

 

We'd need to trace Zoe to get the feedback to her, so as we don't have her last name, I'd recommend giving us a call on 150, if you have some spare time, then a guide will be able to track Zoe down.
