Series 6 watch data not working

I upgraded my phone, and since I paired my watch to the new handset my watch data isn’t working.

 

I’ve tried to reset and reinstall everything, and it’s doing nothing.

 

on call for 2 hrs, then told I’d be called back in 20mins,…..still waiting for call back

@Cfyfe86  You’ll not get a call back now it’s gone 9pm.  Did you retain your Watch plan when you unpaired the watch from your old phone ? 

Ye as far as I’m aware I did. 
the contract for the watch was for 2 years and is valid until oct 22 too. So now I feel I’m paying for something that I can’t use.
