Series 5 Apple Watch freezing after new update

I have an Apple series 5 watch and since the last update it has started freezing . It happens once a day ,everyday since . Anyone else finding this with older watches ?

@Amanda1967   Have you tried a factory reset on it.   You’ll need to unpair and then repair it.
