After waiting for so long to get the new phone it finally arrived and the security seal is damaged… the phone has clearly been opened and it was through DPD. I can see this is not an isolated situation.
I only upgraded with EE because of their 20% discount for NHS staff.
Now to contact them on the phone you must call between 9-5pm (NHS working hours).
I took the bloody day off to be home for the delivery (I know it’s a pandemic) now I have to take another day off to take this to the post office. Are EE going to refund all of my money? The days where I haven’t been able to use my new phone or it’s features

I'm sorry to hear about the seal being broken on your phone. As @Chris_B said, you should be able to contact our Mobile Care team between 08:00 - 21:00 to discuss this.
