Returns pack being sent when my order hasn't updated.

So ive just received a text from ee stating I'll be receiving my returns pack in a couple of days and have until 28th to return my phone but my order is still sat on order confirmed? Does this mean my phone is on its way or are am I not being given the 14 days to return my device once I've received my new one? My upgrade isn't due to arrive until the 19th of this month.

Hi @DansH.

 

If your returns package arrives before your order, I'd recommend notifying our live chat team.

 

They will be able to leave a note on your account to explain what has happened and give you any updates from your account.
