Cannot connect my Apple Watch to iPhone despite paying for plan

Code 031 error message when trying to pair watch to iPhone

Iv also had this problem and I am waiting for it to be rectified. When they added the watch to my account the ee assistant added it as a stand-alone plan and not one that is linked to the phone. Might be worth a call to the tech team and ask them for assistance.
