Hi does EE repair the back glass on an iPhone 13, and how much would it cost roughly, thanks.

Welcome to the community,

I would suggest ringing Apple, as they are the ones, who do the repairs and you can then find out the cost.

If EE do, they will have to send it to Apple for repairs, I would think.
