Re unblocking 0800 numbers

My I phone 13 doesn’t accept 0800 numbers why is that? How can I unblock it?

@Nessie24  There’s no block on 0800 numbers it’s a free phone number.  When you say accept do you mean in bound call or out bound? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
