Hi,
I have several monthly mobile contracts and I just upgraded 3 of the Apple Watches that have mobile data contracts. In order to migrate their contracts I have to call 150 and dictate 3 EIDs. In the past I was able to contact support and add those EIDs to a ticket, so I would not have to dictate them. Currently the live chat option does not appear in my app and I did remove it and reinstalled it.

Welcome to the EE Community
We do still have a live chat available, in the help section of the app under the Going abroad message at the top should be a Message Us button.
However our chat team are only able to assist with service queries, so to transfer your data plan from one watch to the other I would recommend giving our technical team a call and they can transfer all 3 on the call.
If you do not have the Message Us button available, if you let them know they should be able to raise a ticket for your online account if needed.
