Plan not updated

I have a new iPhone 13,  chose a new plan when I chose the phone but my new plan and storage hasn’t updated. 
what do I need to do?

@Sophie197  what storage would that be ?      Do you even have the new device?   Did you upgrade or just take out a new contract?  

I upgraded and yes I have the phone!

When you text AL to 150 does the text you receive show your new plan?
