I want to buy a second hand phone, but he said it works only on EE

Hello, i am looking to buy a new phone, it's a 13 Pro max, the guy says it's locked on EE UK, but it also works on Vodafone Romania, is that possible?

I've got the IMEI and Serial number right here, I am also curious is this phone is stolen, or if I will have future problems with it. thank you!

Hi @eowarr 

 

Guaranteed it will be reported stolen within 3 months. If this is an eBay/Facebook/gumtree sale then walk away. You will have lost your "great deal" and have no recourse. 

 

Devices sold by EE belong to EE for the first 6 months of any contract. If the seller is within this time period then they are breaching their contract.
