I have tried multiple times on different platforms to unlock my phone via the form and multiple times failed with an error something our side failed please try again.
what gives? Surely it should work regardless of what I fill the form in on?
please someone point in the right direction as it’s really annoying now.

@Spy0012 Just text UNLOCK to 150 to see if it’s already unlocked. Or go to settings>general>about and scroll down to Network Provider lock. If it says no sim restrictions then the device is already unlocked

Hi Chris thanks for your reply, my phone is locked as I checked before trying.
the site takes the IMEI and then flashes a few options then goes to the error it’s something our side as in EE so I never get to unlock my phone.

Once I can submit a support message I will do this but it seems not even that works currently.
