New phone ordee

Hi there, I ordered my new phone Sunday. I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max in orange. It says it’s dispatched but nothing else.

do you know how long this will take???

@Tasha291  you receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you and is out for delivery, download the DPD app and create an account from there you’ll be able to track this delivery.

Welcome to the community. 

Great choice of phone, I can imagine you are eager to get your hands on your new iPhone. 

You should have received an email with a order reference number on it (these can sometimes go into your spam or junk mail), you will be able to Track your Order using that. 

You will also be notified by DPD via text when they have your order and a timeslot for it being delivered. If you have The DPD App you should be able to track it via that too.

Could my new phone be from fedex courier that’s handed over to Royal Mail? 
as searched phone order number and linked to fedex and had email from Royal Mail saying FedEx had handed over the parcel to Royal Mail?? Is this possibly my new phone?

We use DPD to deliver phones to customers. When your phone is ready to be shipped you'll receive a text message the night before to let you know. along with tracking details which you can follow on DPD Tracking Website. 

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing any order on the Sunday 7th December was - "Available to order - Expect despatch within 7 days"

Hi I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max 256GB in orange on the 6th December. 
I know it says usually dispatched within 7 days but when I tracked on the EE app it said order confirmed, and dispatched. 
I just want to know how long illl be waiting for my phone
