I ordered an upgrade phone last Thursday and had no update since confirmation. The order tracker says 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.'
I lost my phone abroad hence why I ordered a long over due upgrade. Having said that, I cannot call customer service to get an update and I am struggling to manage without a phone...

If EE order tracking doesnt work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about delivery.
Once your order is due DPD will text you.
