Nothing works when I’m connected to WiFi

I got my iPhone 14plus about a month ago, since having it, I can connect to WiFi but either it goes slow as a snail to load anything up or nothing will ever load up so I’m having to use my data. And just another weird one, I’m not always receiving calls either. Had emails from jobs saying they had tried to call me but it wasn’t connecting and I had never received a call or had a missed call and voicemails aren’t coming through either.
any help would be much appreciated 🙏🏻

Thank you in advance x

What's providing the WiFi? Perhaps it is that that is slow.

I don’t think it’s the wifi, only other thing that’s connected to it is my fire stick and a PlayStation but there both off most of the time when I’m trying to use the WiFi.

Hi @-MiniMoo1

We want to be sure your phone is working exactly as we'd expect, so I'd love to find out more about what is happening.

Have you been able to use another WiFi connection, such as at a friend or family member's home, to see if you still have the same trouble there?

Do you only have trouble receiving calls when you are in one area, or are you not sure where it is that you've been when these calls were attempted?
