No signal on new iPhone 16

Hi.  Just brought a iPhone 16 to replace a 13.  Not using the esim.  Cannot connect to ee network “no service” 

Any advice.  Service center closed at the moment

Where did you buy the iPhone 16 from?  Are you putting the SIM card from your iPhone 13 into the new phone?
