No service on my phone

I used device sharing on my new iPhone and performed a factory reset. After the reset, my phone started showing 'No Service.' I tried using a different SIM card, and it worked fine, but my EE SIM continues to show 'No Service.' Can you help with this issue?

@Stanleytolu   By any chance did you request to change over to the eSIM on the new device?   Because this sounds like what you’ve done.    As a factory reset will not impact a SIM card from working.    You’re going to have to request a replacement SIM card.   This can be done via a call to customer support or by going to an EE store with in date photo ID.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
