No mobile data

Hi 

I done an upgrade on my iPhone 12 Pro Max which failed to continue as it just froze , the thing is since doing that it now says my iPhone has no mobile data, I have tried everything possible to get it back but nothing . 
many ideas welcome

i cannot do anything with my phone , there is no update available plus data just says error and if you click on that nothing is there. I have been in touch with Apple and there trying to charge me £567 to get it repaired even tho it was due to there update .

Are you able to restore the iPhone back to factory settings, then re-complete the start-up process?
