I lost my mobile 3 days ago. I make claim.i have full insurance. Still no one call back for interview

I’ve raised claim for the mobile but 150 service is not available for me in India

When did you raise a claim?

Is your insurance direct with EE?

Are you overseas for a long period?

Delivery of a replacement phone can only be to a UK address.
