Could you try leaving yourself a voicemail from another phone, then listen to the full message before deleting please?
Let me know if the voicemail indicator then goes.

Hi @Mrseb,
Did you try @Christopher_G's tip to leave a new voicemail and listen to it in full before deleting?

Hi @Barrypepe
If the steps in the solution from @Christopher_G haven't worked for you, please contact Customer Service where a guide will be able to reset your voicemail notification for you.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Paul,
So I now have this ; having just upgraded my SIM with EE.
Leaving myself a message creates a new visual Voicemail item which works fine to listen (and later delete) ; but calling Network Provider continues to say there are No Messages even when I'v left one.
Help please ?
