I am in Qatar and need EE sales to call me to discuss upgrade so my partner can pick up new device in London and bring to Qatar. How can I speak or email Sales as dialling from Qatar does not work

Do you have Roaming and Calling Abroad active within your My EE?
Please ensure these are both active and try giving us a call on +44 7953966250.
You can find the roaming charges for making and receiving calls in Qatar HERE.
Alternatively, you can upgrade online through your My EE account.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

@martynlewis Silly question but why do you need to upgrade? You can do this when you’re back in the UK. And if your looking at getting an iPhone 14 pro max you’ll not get this straight the way as there is a backlog of orders and they can have waiting times over 28 days on some model types.
