My iPhone won’t connect to mobile numbers when I call.

I When I try to call mobile numbers from my iPhone 13 it won’t connect to the numbers. It does however call landlines no problem? Any ideas?

What happens when you try calling mobile numbers?

Are you dialling the call using the keypad, or your contacts list?
