Monthly payments £60 plus iPhone 14

K8OBR

Hello, wondering if anyone can help? I bought an iPhone 14 3 years ago and have continued to pay over £60 per month to EE. I'm looking to upgrade my phone but do believe there's a duty of care and fair execution of a contract with a customer. I've been paying well over the odds for at least a year! No one contacted me, advised me or helped when raising as an issue. Has anyone else experienced poor and negligent customer service like this?

A text is sent at least & after a few months am out of contract discount is added too. Also you were made aware of what happens when taken out too. Why is all the onus on EE here & not you for not checking?

Hi @K8OBR

It depends on your contract or plan. There is no account access on these forums and you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks
