I cannot send general messages on my phone- I've since got a new phone and sim- and it still won’t send them

I have 3 contacts I can message- the rest fail to deliver-

the shop have said  it’s maybe an issue with my actual phone number- that I need technical support??

any ideas

It’s both- so people with i phones I can’t message
Then I can’t text other numbers!

I would advise speaking to our technical support team so that they can check everything from our side.
