Please can someone help as I can’t access live chat ! I am a pay monthly and the app is up to date. I only have the opportunity to call which doesn’t help with a busy life.

Welcome to our community.

The 'message us' option should appear in the 'help' section of the app. If it isn't showing there, it may be due to the way your account is set up. Are there any other parts of the app you are unable to access?

thanks, it seams to be only the chat that i cant use. i have used it before but its now not there just have a the option to call

Thanks @Matt1757, can you please let me know what app version you currently are using, and the model of phone you have too?

We did have an instance a few months back where a small number of users weren't seeing the message us option, but this should have been resolved with a subsequent update.

Hi it’s all up to date as I deleted th app and reinstalled version 

5.69.0

using iPhone 15 pro pay monthly,

If you have used this previously and deleting and reinstalling the app has not worked, please get in touch with our technical support guides and they can get the message us not showing in the EE app looked into.
