Welcome to the community.
If you have a pay monthly mobile contract, you can access chat in the EE app.
Once you are logged in, head to the Help section then Message Us.
If you have a broadband or pay as you go account, you'd need to call us if you need to speak to our customer service guides.

Have you tried restarting your phone? How long have you had this problem for?
It may also be worth checking your postcode on our Network Status Checker to see if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area.

Hi, I have terrible anxiety so when I need to speak to EE I use the chat but this has now gone from the App??

You should still be able to see the 'Message Us' option in the Help section of the EE app.
Is your app fully up to date at the moment?
