It’s gone crashing and taking forever to load

I am sick of my iPhone crashing and taking forever connecting or freezing and not connecting at all. It’s ridiculous how they can st they have been voted too for 11 year’s and have so much wrong

If your phone is freezing & crashing, that suggests a fault with the device itself, manufactured by Apple. EE is a mobile network operator and the awards you refer to were for the network operation.

EE maybe able to assist with your phone fault, but they don't sound the fault of the mobile network. You need to report them to either Apple or EE.

@Lillian1601  What is the battery health at ?  You’ll find this in settings>battery>battery health 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
