Hopefully we receive our phones soon. Im not holding my breath that itll come any time soon though especially if you ordered yours on the 19th and still haven’t received yet..

i have however noticed that the 17pm deep blue 256 has been changed to ‘usually dispatched within 28 days’ rather than more than 28 days so just fingers crossed we get our new devices soon.

I also ordered the iPhone 17Pro Max in deep blue 256GB on 19 September and I am still waiting.

It seems there is a lot of us who ordered on the 19 September, could it be this week that we receive our phones?

I’ve just spoke to a EE guide and they said this “ I would like to confirm you that wait is same which is 28 days. And as your order was placed on 26th then it is certain that you will receive the device in this week”

not sure how true that is but they said about they can see stock ect x

Been following this thread with interest as I intend to px my iPhone 13 for a 17 Pro Max 256 in Silver. It’d be direct with Apple. We buy our phones and direct they do interest free and the best px from those I’ve checked (JL and Amazon). Also I’d expect/hope stocks get to them first🤷🏼

Anyhoo. My experience won’t help anyone waiting on an order from EE but I share it from an interest POV. I’d wanted the TechWoven case in blue thinking it would be a nice combo with the phone. Both phone and case were showing weeks away on the Apple Store. But yesterday I thought, sod it, and ordered the case. Building the excitement etc 😂

What turns up today? The case! On a roll, and wondering if they’ve got secret stashes of phones too somewhere, I order the phone. Well, not as good as 1 day, but they quote 4 to 11 November, which is still a damn sight better than the Apple Store quotes.

When the new phone comes I’ll do a copy over from the 13 then mail it back. The interest free takes the trade in value already. With the case I ordered a short USB C to USB C cable so I can run CarPlay in the car so I’ll be good to go from the get go.

As I say, doesn’t help anyone waiting on EE, but thought it might be of interest.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb since 21st of September and I have still not received it and it’s over 28 days. I don’t know what is happening.

@Ritaabbah  You need to call customer support about this.   There’s a good chance the order didn’t go through.
