Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

Once your order is assigned stock, I assure you that you'll get further updates. Until stock is assigned, there aren't any updates we can give @ebonskyex 

If you have any concerns though, you'll need to call the team directly, as we can't see specific orders here.

For orders placed on 02/10/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, you can expect dispatch within more than 28 days.

Once stock is assigned to your order, you'll receive further updates. Make sure you have the DPD app so you can keep an eye out for your delivery date and timeslot.

Hi, I orderd an early upgrade for an iPhone 17 pro, 256GB, Deep Blue on the 12/10/25, and I was wondering if theirs any idea of how long estimated delivery is? 
I've saw some forum posts say 28days, and others have said less/more just a rough estimate would be amazing. Tried calling to find out but was on hold for ages and had to hang up

Not possible to give any time unless one of the EE staff has more information . Downloading the DPD app and keep an eye on the EE order tracker.

Same! Ordered mine on 12th, no update since I ordered. I couldn’t even find a number to actually speak to anyone!
