I have Apple Music as my inclusive benefit but Apple are still charging me for Apple Music

@Tori87  That’s because you have setup a subscription with apple.  EE offer doesn’t take over your current subscription.   You need to terminate your Apple subscription and then start EEs offer.   You have to allow your Apple subscription to finish before you stay EEs offer. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
