Hello  I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max on 10/01/26

however when I tried to track my order .when I input my reference number it said invalid.

Also , how long does it take it to take receive my phone

@Bukky21  You have an order number not a tracking number.    You placed an order on the 10/1/26 and you think you can track a device that hasn’t yet been allocated to you !   The pro max devices have a minimum wait of 3 days and up 7 days depending on what spec you ordered there’s 12 different specifications and just saying iPhone 17 pro max doesn’t  give much information to what you ordered.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for more delivery information.

Download the DPD app as well because you will need a pin for the driver.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
