I was offered within the app last month to upgrade for free, the price was scored out and the word free was written underneath. When I clicked on it it just didn't take me onto the correct webpage. I tried it a few times but it never worked. Now I do not have the option to upgrade for free anymore. My contract doesn't end till the 15/05/2022.

@AbbyMac95 Text UPGRADE to 150 and I’ll say what your options are. You might need to call customer services. It’s very possible that EE could of rescinded that offer.
