IPhone 17Pro Max order question

I placed my order online on 16.9.25, paid the upfront payment. A day later someone called to confirm the order. He said the new iPhones would start being shipped on 19.9.25. When I check my order it still says PRE-ORDER, when can I expect to get the phone, payment has been processed and just concerned that there is an isssue. Thank you for your time.

There is a delay becase of stock but if you want more specific information then call EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well as it says when a delivery is due.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
