IPHONE 17 PRO MAX UPGRADE (NO ORDER CONFIRMATION

my sim contract expires in january so on nov 7th i ordered the 17 pro max (silver 512gb) online. after signing the contract & everything the page refreshed with the yellow banner saying something along the lines of “your new phone is on the way”. excitedly waited for an hour expecting the typical order confirmation email and contract document, checked junk folder but nothing came through so i called 150. they said they couldn’t see any orders so i would have to place a new one. restarted the whole process, ordered the phone & new sim plan again, and they confirmed the order came through on their end. but after a couple days i still didnt receive any emails so i texted the chat agent for help. each time they’ve said to wait 21 days (most recent chat said 14 days) and that as soon as the order gets dispatched i will be contacted by dpd with a tracking number. it’s day 11 and although im not expecting it to be dispatched yet im still upset that i have yet to receive AT LEAST an order confirmation email containing the contract i signed. its even more frustrating because each time i paste the confirmation number i’ve been given in chats by the ee guides it shows an error message that my order cannot be tracked because its not a mobile phone (which it is!). apparently there’s a whole lot of people waiting for orders placed as far back as september so i cant even be rest assured that by the end of this week dpd will have my phone. idk what else to do.
