I have 3 iPhones under contract with ee and 1 has stopped working, what are my consumer rights?

How has one phone stopped working?

There's info on EE's repair service at https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs 

@fitz436  if you’ve had it for over six months, then it’s down to you to get an i independent report about that device so it can be proven it was faulty before you received it, this will be at your own cost.     You get a standard 12 month warranty on all iPhones supplied by Apple. 
depending on the fault and how long you’ve had the device will depend on how it’s fixed.  This could be at your own cost.  Your contract still has to be paid and this is a good reason to have insurance.
