Hi, I bought the new brand EE sim card and I pop it into my phone but still I don’t have data and internet .What should I do now?!

I take it it is a pay as you go EE SIM card? Where did you buy it from?

Have you made sure that you have credit on your account?

You can check by texting AL to 150.
