How to check remaining balance for phone hardware?

I got an iPhone 15 on contract a while back and chose to pay monthly for the handset. How and where do I check the remaining balance?

Welcome to the community.

You can see the remaining Flex Pay payments in the EE App. Just open the app, tap Manage > Billing > Flex Pay.

If you're having problems viewing it, our Customer Support team will be able to check this for you, if you use the 'Message us' option in the app, or give us a call on 150.
