How to change voicemail back to default

I was wondering if anybody could help me change my voicemail back to the default. Currently it has a recording made by me but I want to remove that and just have the standard voicemail. I can only find the option to re-record my voice which is not what I wish to do. Thanks in advance!

hello! i know this is old but managed to get it back to the default without talking to EE.

dial 222, press 2 for greetings, press 2 again for the option to add your name. record your name and press the hash key when complete. choose option 4 to cancel the recording and this should revert it back to the original.

i spoke to EE on 150 twice, who both couldn’t sort it out, and i spoke on the live chat several times who couldn’t fix it either. very random.
