Had iphone 13pro delivered and would like to swap for a different colour

Hi

I’m really hoping you can help me. I placed an order for my new upgrade to an iphone 13 pro on Monday. The phone was delivered on Tuesday. I ordered the sierra blue colour and I haven’t yet broken the seal on the box.

I’ve just received an email advertising the new alpine green which I love and now don’t like the sierra blue in comparison.

How could I go about returning the unopened sierra blue and getting the alpine green?

Thanks 😊

By cancelling you'd revert to your old contract & plan. Then you'd repeat the upgrade but for the phone you want. Your mobile no. is unchanged in all this cuz that's just what an upgrade does.

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

Thanks for the info.

Now my contract has been upgraded (so the previous one has ended and the new one has started) how will this affected my contact and SIM card and keeping the same number etc? If I was to reorder the green one how would I do that? Would it be like an early upgrade?

That sounds great. How can I cancel? Is it best to ring 150?

Hi @Magicfox,

You can organise your return online using this form.

Hope this helps.

Hi @James_B

Thanks for your message. I have completed the returns form to return the sierra blue 13 pro.

What will happen now? Because I wanted to keep my phone number and new contract but just swap the phone?

How can I place my order for the alpine green 13 pro? Because at the moment it says I’m not eligible to upgrade on the app until 2024?

Can you also confirm this won’t affect my phone number?

Thanks so much for your time 😊

Once your return is processed & you are reverted to your original contract you will be able to upgrade to the phone you want.

Upgrades don't change your no. & reversing upgrades don't change your no.
