My phone isn't starting and I need to contact EE. There is no email address, I can only use the live chat if I have the app, the app is only for phone and Ipad (i'm on my laptop). How do I contact ee without a phone? This is ridiculous!

You can contact EE-CS using any working phone, it need not be an EE one or a mobile - 07953 966150
If your issue is that your mobile won't start, is it an Android or Apple device, or another non-smart-device?
EE local repairs may be another option - https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs

@delphiross , if you have something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free, see my signature. This is why you should always keep a phone as a reserve in case something like this happens.
Do you not have neighbours, whose phone you could use?

I've moved your post to the Apple section of the forum.
There's some online help on the Apple site that may assist - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/116940
Otherwise consider the local repair option or contacting EE-CS from a friend or relative's phone.

I do but I think it is wild that it is so difficult to contact EE??? Surely this must be a common problem as most people don't own two phones - or do not have the means to. Why isn't there an email adress/ live chat like most organisations this size!

@delphiross , email takes too long to respond, so they do not use that. If you are on monthly contract with EE, then, by using the EE App, or website and log-in, click on help at the bottom and you will find the message us, this is not available for pay as you go clients.

You will struggle to find telecoms companies that have email address for customer-facing CS. It's often only used for specialist teams.

@delphiross Have you tried a force restart on the device?
Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
