Have you been able to download your EE bill to see a break down of the charges?

When did you place your order for the iPhone 13?

If you could also advise what colour and memory size you went for.

I placed order today paid the express delivery order number is xxxxxxxxxxx I am with EE been waiting on new Samsung galaxy phone in silver I think galaxy 14 . Some one help me . I need to no what Tim DPD is delivering.

Once the order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch to let you know when this will be delivered. 

We have no access to orders on the community, please call us on 150 if you would like to get the order looked into.
