I have an iPhone 13. There is no network showing and no network selection option showing ., I have spoken to ee tech support. They did not know how to fix it after checking all the things they check . Have insurance .. what do I do?

You can order a replacement Sim from EE on 150 and see if that works first before ruling out the if the phone is at fault.
If you have Photo ID you can pop into any EE Shop for a replacement sim card but you need photo ID like a Driving License or Passport. The address on there must match the account address

You've not said what CS attempted by means of a fix.
For clarity, are you saying that your phone is not displaying network coverage? And that the menu option to perform a manual network search is missing?
I see no evidence to conclude the SIM is the cause of the issue yet. Does your SIM work in another phone? If it does, it can't be at fault.
