Ear pods orders

Hi. I placed an order online on the 17th of March for a new set of Apple ear pods to be added to my account. I received an confirmation email with reference/order number on that date, but have heard nothing since. When I go to track my order. It says they can't give details right now.......anyone have any idea's

@Jillyp  You can not track with an order number,  I recommend you call customer services about this as my last order via add to plan was with me the next day.
