EE eSIM roaming in IE / EU for Apple watch

Can I have EE data service for my Apple Watch cellular while in EU / Ireland ?

You'll be able to use your Apple Watch using a Bluetooth connection when you are roaming.

To answer you properly. EE don't offer this. Vodafone do.

Why oh why does EE not offer this?  Come on EE!
