Hi, I’m trying to link my mobile number in the My EE app, but it says “This product is already linked to another EE ID” and shows a mobile account number ending in 9332.I don’t recognise that account number at all and I’m worried it’s either an old account I don’t remember creating years ago or it’s genuinely someone elses. i haven’t clicked “transfer this account” because i don’t want to delete or move anything by mistake. Can someone from EE help me check what this account number belongs to or unlink it safely so I can add my number to my current EE ID? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the community,
We have no account access here and do not know who you are, I would recommend you speak to customer service by pressing option 2 to get this sorted and speak to one of the guides, as they can take a look for you.
You will have to wait until the morning before doing so as they are closed and open at 0800 hours until 2000 hours at the weekend and 2100 hours during weekdays.
