Why does the EE app device list say that my iPhone is offline and connected via Ethernet?. Does anyone have any idea?.

Hi @Iconn67,

Welcome to the EE Community

Seems like the app may have got a bit mixed up with the connection it is showing. Are you able to forget/remove the device from your list of devices, then if you reconnect the device to your Wi-Fi, see if it correctly updates as online etc?

Seems like the app may have got a bit mixed up with the connection it is showing. Are you able to forget/remove the device from your list of devices, then if you reconnect the device to your Wi-Fi, see if it correctly updates as online etc?
